FY 2025–26 marked a significant phase of growth, resilience, and system strengthening. The program expanded its reach while maintaining continuity of care across both operational centers.

During the year:

• 192 new patients were registered, expanding access across underserved communities
• 293 follow-up consultations were conducted, reflecting strong engagement and continuity of care

The increasing number of follow-ups highlights a critical success factor in mental healthcare—patients are not only accessing services but continuing their treatment journey.

Operationally, services remained stable across both centers despite staffing transitions. This ensured uninterrupted access to care and reinforced system reliability.

The year demonstrates a clear shift toward sustained, long-term engagement rather than one-time interventions.
