FY 2025–26 was a milestone year in digital transformation, with major progress toward building a scalable and interoperable health system.

Key advancements include:

• Completion of ABDM sandbox milestones (M1, M2, M3) and progression toward national integration
• Implementation of SNOMED-CT for standardized clinical terminology
• Development of FHIR-compliant architecture to enable interoperability
• Launch of the mobile application for field teams, enabling real-time data capture

These developments enable:

• Seamless continuity of care through unified patient records
• Integration with public health systems
• Data-driven decision-making and improved efficiency

The platform is now positioned to integrate with state and national health ecosystems, strengthening long-term scalability.
