The certificate is issued on receipt/credit of donation/contribution in the "Rotary Club of Bangalore Midtown Charitable Trust" Bank Account. Name of Donor and the correspondence address is required to issue the certificate and the donation receipt.

"Rotary Club of Bangalore Midtown Charitable Trust" account is audited yearly, and the audit is done under Section 12A (b) of Income Tax Act 1961 Government of India.
